Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all components sealed. Opened games may be returned only if defective or damaged upon arrival. Limited edition and clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless required by law.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at aappex@atomicmail.io or call +1 (712) 256-4800 with your order number.
  2. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the game securely in its original box inside a shipping carton to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is caused by a fulfillment error on our part. Store pickup orders may be refunded in store or to the original payment method at your choice.

Exchanges

If you would like a different title instead of a refund, we are happy to arrange an exchange subject to availability. Contact us before shipping your return so we can reserve the replacement game.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong game, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. Apex Quest LLC will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
